PREREQUISITES
There are no formal prerequisites for the certification exam however possessing some basic knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and ITSM principle is recommended but not required for the completion of the certification.
EXAM & CERTIFICATION
Format: Closed-book, participants can bring scratch paper
Delivery: Online (Live / Proctoring) and Paper-based
Questions: 40 simple multiple choice questions
Passing Score: 65%
Duration: 60 Minutes, 15 Minutes extra time for non-native english speakers
