Service project delivery methodologies are explained, including top-down and agile delivery. Governance technology and task types are established, along with service vitality triggers and processes. The basics of governing services, microservices and service-oriented solutions are then covered, including models and frameworks for addressing lifecycle management and individual service governance issues.

SOACP Module 17: Service Governance & Project Delivery Lab
As a continuation of course modules 15 and 16, this course allows attendees to apply the frameworks, models, practices and strategies previously covered in order to complete a set of exercises. Participants are required to solve a number of SOA governance-related problems associated with establishing project and service lifecycle governance programs, measuring and identifying weaknesses in existing governance systems, and applying service governance precepts and processes in response to business requirements.

You are provided with three flexible exam format options:
- Complete Exam S90.SGO, a single combined exam for the entire Service Governance Specialist certification track. Recommended for those who want to only take a single exam that encompasses all course modules within this track.
- Complete the partial version of Exam S90.SGO. Recommended for those who have already obtained a SOACP certification and would like to achieve the Service Governance Specialist Certification without having to be retested on SOACP Modules 1 and 2.
- Complete one module-specific exam for each course module in Service Governance Specialist Certification track. This is recommended for those who want to progress gradually through the track and who would like to be assessed after each course module before proceeding to the next.
